Many temples are continuously busy but this was quiet and appeared empty. This ordination hall was only open for 1 hour, early each morning. Wat Rachaburana in Bangkok’s China Town district, was one of the 3 most important temples in the city, and was built when the capital was further north at Ayutthaya. The 2nd world war badly damaged it but it was eventually rebuilt.
